The Standard $37.50 ongoing service plan comes with half-hour of monthly reserved time for content updates/support, 1GB of space and 10GB of data transfer. The $55 Dynamic support plan is meant for client updatable websites (content management systems) and other database driven sites; it comes with half-hour of time reserved for help with the CMS, update help and support requests. The $75 Optimized plan comes with everything the other Static plans offer and an ongoing search monitoring, optimization upon request, one in-person hourly findability session per year and one on-the-phone findablility follow-up.
