In server related emergency situations, you may contact us regardless of business hours by writing support(at)digibee.net with "downtime" or "emergency" in the subject line. Issues that do not concern the data center will be dealt with during regular business hours.
Issues concerning downtime will be relayed to or forwarded directly to by email or by telephone to Enom, Gandi SAS/US and Webnames.ca. Issues that do not concern server downtime will be dealt with during regular business hours. We would like you to rest assured that uptime status is being monitored by the respective hosting providers and downtime is nearly always detected well before support emails flow in.
