Issues concerning downtime will be relayed to or forwarded directly to by email or by telephone to Enom, Gandi SAS/US and Webnames.ca. Issues that do not concern server downtime will be dealt with during regular business hours. Please be advised that uptime status is being monitored by the respective providers and downtime is nearly always detected well before support emails flow in.
